Ideal, beautiful location in Marsham, next to which is unlikely and the beer garden. Decent size newly remodelled rooms with coffee facilities, hot chocolate plus bath.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the building itself was incredibly attractive. The bedroom I stayed in was recently refurbished and very clean. The fully stocked tea and coffee facilities, including squash sachets, hot chocolate, and cookies, were a delightful touch. The bathrooms were absolutely beautiful and inspired me to renovate my own bathroom. The USB ports in the plugs were a brilliant addition! The food in the restaurant was of high quality with a great range on the menu. The breakfast was quick, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
The curtains in the room let in too much light, which made it difficult to sleep in. The traffic noise from the main road was a bit bothersome as well.
